We demand the highest moral and ethical values from our employees. Threat Suppression is often entrusted with significant responsibilities from our clients. Employees can expect full background checks, references checks, and previous employers to be contacted. Our employee background check is very similar to what one would expect if they applied to a large law enforcement agency. Some of our contracts require government security clearances and random drug testing. All prospective employees should be prepared for both.

Below are requirements for our positions within the company:

Division Director/Partner

·         Those with a PhD, MD, JD, or other terminal degree (other titles may apply, e.g. Chief Medical Officer, Chief Legal Counsel, etc.), proven results, and partnership purchase into the company

·         Those with a master’s degree, a minimum of four years’ satisfactory experience with the company, proven results, and partnership purchase into the company

·         Those with a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years’ satisfactory experience with the company, proven results, and partnership purchase into the company

·         (Note a Junior Partner is someone with less than 10% partnership purchase in the company)

Senior Project Manager

·         Those with a PhD, MD, JD, or other terminal degree (other titles may apply, e.g. Chief Medical Officer, Chief Legal Counsel, etc.) and a minimum of one year satisfactory experience with the company with proven results

·         Those with a master’s degree and a minimum of two years’ satisfactory experience with the company with proven results

·         Those with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years’ satisfactory experience with the company with proven results 

Senior Principal Consultant

·         Those with a PhD, MD, JD, or other terminal degree

·         Those with a master’s degree two years’ satisfactory experience with the company

·         Those with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years’ satisfactory experience with the company

Principal Consultant

·         Those with a master’s degree

·         Those with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ satisfactory experience with the company

Associate Consultant

·         Those with a bachelor’s degree

·         Those with an associate’s degree and a minimum of four years’ satisfactory experience with the company

Consultant 

·         Those with an associate’s degree or those without who possess a specialized skillset
